USES
You can use essential oils in diffusers, oil burners and also add them to lotions, bath oils and shower steamers. Please see our blending table in the additional information for the amount to use safely.
Frankincense is derived from the resin of the Boswellia carterii or Boswellia sacra tree. It has a distinctive aroma which I describe as increasing contentment and positivity.
Ylang Ylang is highly floral and has an exotic scent. It is uplifting and arousing. It is great for a treatment in dry hair and will nourish and stimulate the scalp. It increases feelings of wellbeing.
Tea tree essential oil: it is also derived from a tree, found in Australia. It has a earthy smell and anti-bacterial properties
Lavender essential oil: it has a familiar, fresh, floral maybe slightly harsh and sweet aroma. It blends well with the other oils and is soothing and balancing.

Always use essential oils with care. Discontinue use if a rash occurs. If you have sensitive skin, do a patch test before using over a larger area of skin.
Even when diluted essential oils should be kept away from sensitive areas such as eyes. If the oil should come into contact with the eyes, wash thoroughly with cold water and seek medical advice if needed.
All essential oils should be kept out of the reach of children. If anyone accidentally swallows an essential oil, please seek medical advice immediately.
As some essential oils are flammable, care should be taken with naked flames. They can also damage polished, plastic or painted surfaces.
Essential oils are best stored away from direct heat and light and should be used within a year of opening.
