Deodorants
Our cardboard tubes are made from a mixture of sustainable cardboard pulp and recycled pulp. They can be recycled and are biodegradable. You won't find a POSY tube on a beach in 50 years time.
Tins
Are aluminium and are resistant to corrosion which is why they are suitable for holding POSY deodorants.
These aluminium tins can be recycled or refilled and reused.
Glassine Bags
Our shampoo bars and conditioner bars are sold in glassine bags. They are not waxed or chemically-finished during manufacturing and are fully recyclable, compostable and biodegradable.
Cotton Bags
We sell our shampoo bars in cotton bags, as an option. You can use the bar through the bag and hang it up to dry. It also helps when the bar becomes small. The biggest positive of reusable bags is that their use cuts down on the amount of litter on land and in the ocean.
Bottles
Our essential oils are in green glass bottles. The green helps protect the oils from UV rays. They do have a plastic lid and a stopper. We are aiming to be plastic free, however essential oils are potent so only a small amount is needed. A dropper helps you control the amount so you don't use too much or waste the oil. We decided on a white plastic lid as white plastic is routinely recycled.
Boxes
All our items are posted in boxes and have plastic free paper to protect the products in the box. Our lables are printed on FSC certified paper.
